Eat food. Not too much. Mostly vegetables.
Michael Pollen
Eat the rainbow.
Eat whole.
Imagine all the possible foods there are along a line with the least processed food at one end (a carrot straight from the ground, maybe) and the most processed at the other (a sugary soft drink, perhaps). I think of this as the whole-to-processed (or raw-to-rubbish) spectrum.
Eat less meat.
Even less that that.
Eat organic.
Why? If for no other reason, antibiotics and pesticides in the food chain.
Eat smaller portions.
Try intermittent fasting.
Finish your evening meal by 8pm then eat next at lunch time tomorrow. That’s a 16 hour fast. Works for some.
