This rather upmarket vigneron sets out a little table at their entrance selling a few indulgences: caramels, madeleines, hazelnut and chocolate cake and biscuits.
We took a bag of the sablés: the crunchy little shortbread-style biscuits that one can pop in the mouth in one go (just about) made with salted butter and crunchy sugar.
Nearby at at the wall of the Château de Vufflens there is also a self-serve stall selling a few grape-derivative products.
